Active Living Workshop

  The southeastern MN and Olmsted County Statewide Health Improvement Program (SHIP) grantees are hosting an Active Living Workshop on April 7th.  The keynote speaker, Mark Fenton, is a vocal pedestrian advocate and recognized authority on Public Health issues and the need for environmental, community, and public policy intiatives to encourage more walking and bicycling.   The Rochester Host Lions Club is now offering individuals in selected neighborhoods in the City of Rochester an opportunity to show their pride and patriotism by displaying the American Flag in front of their homes on five national holidays per year: Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Veteran’s Day.
