For the ninth year, we challenged all fourth grade students in Rochester to draw a brightly colored picture that displays “Why it is important to not litter”. Out of 220 entries from 15 schools across Rochester this year’s Grand Prize Winner was Natalie Kottom, a student in Mr. Pacyna’s fourth grade class at Schaeffer Academy.
