Former Mayor Hazama led Hula lessons with the assistance of Mayor Brede. The third annual RLuau brought City officials and neighborhood leaders together to benefit RNeighbors, the Rochester Neighborhood Resource Center. On Friday, September 25, over 250 people showed up in bright floral clothing to celebrate Rochester Neighborhoods, at the International Event Center.
