Share your local and organic food &

beverages this year!

Please consider sharing your local and/or organic food and beverages with the Rochester community at the Think Green Fair.  Use the 2010 exhibitor application packet below to send us your information and the type of food and beverages you would like to provide.  At this year’s fair, we hope to reduce our footprint by working toward a goal of zero waste.  Food and beverages served at the fair should be packaged and served in sustainable materials such as recyclable and/or compostable packaging and service ware. Please fill out the food vendor pledge below to list the types of recyclable and compostable materials you pledge to use at the fair.  Thank you for promoting the goals of the Think Green Fair by helping us reduce our event’s footprint.
