Over 220 people came together to celebrate Rochester neighborhoods at the fourth annual OAKtoberfest, Friday, October 2, at Canadian Honker Events at Apache. Bob Nowicki, RNeighbors Past President opened the evening with a Prost (Cheers) to Rochester neighborhoods.
