Managing roots from nursery production and establishment through maturity. Compares natural root growth to “transplanted” root form, nursery production and planting treatments, stem girdling root formation and management, managing roots near sidewalks, maintaining health, and more. (2 CEUs)

Young and mature tree pruning strategies: ANSI, research, and reality – Part 1. Pruning at planting, training young trees, mature tree strategies. He’ll be sharing new research and personal experience. We show how to deliver state of the art practices based on national standards and research. You’ll see
many real case histories of how long term pruning impacts structure and failure patterns. Pruning really works! (1 CEU)
