Historic Southwest Neighborhood Association

Welcome to the Historic Southwest Neighborhood Association (HSNA) webpage. In 2005 the association was formed out of a need to address and resolve issues impacting our neighborhood that could not easily or successfully be done by any one individual. This has become especially true in an ever-growing, ever-changing Rochester.

Our primary charter is to preserve the old neighborhood feeling that comes from being as old as the city itself. The HSNA comprises single-family houses, condominiums, apartments, small businesses, churches, Soldiers Field Memorial Park, St. Marys Park, the YMCA, and a part of downtown Rochester that includes portions of Mayo Clinic.

HSNA Mission

To preserve and enhance our neighborhood, promote community, and unite our residents through a common voice.
