Description

Lincolnshire/Arbor Glen is made up of several sub-divisions with approximately 400 single-family homes, town-homes, and apartment complexes located NW of Rochester, Minnesota. Our development has an openness feeling with spacious back yards and situated in an area that provides for a quiet setting. We are in the process of upgrading our park(s) and entrance landscaping to promote activities and pride in our neighborhood. We will be expanding our “Neighborhood Watch Program” to promote a safer neighborhood.

Meetings

General meetings are held quarterly on Thursday nights at 7:00 PM at the Rochester Covenant Church. General meetings normally open with a presentation from a local organization and then continue with a business agenda consisting of an open forum for members to discuss problems or concerns. Meeting date, time, and place will be posted at each entrance, on the WEB page and in the Post Bulletin.

Activities

Annual garage sale, quarterly newsletter, publish neighborhood directories, greet each new neighbor with a new-comers packet, crime prevention through the “Neighborhood Watch Program”, McGruff House Program, fully understand and report city zoning and city ordinance violations.
