Running Start for School update!
Dear Community Partners,
WE NEED YOUR HELP! Running Start for School is in full swing collecting school supplies and registering youth on free/reduced lunch in Rochester, Byron, Stewartville, Eyota, and Chatfield. To receive supplies, parents must register each child with United Way no later than August 12. Here’s where you come in. Encourage eligible families to call or stop in at United Way to register and select an appointment time.
DEADLINES
Longfellow Elementary School: Registration by July 15th Distribution is July 25th at Longfellow.
Byron, Chatfield, Eyota, Rochester, and Stewartville: Registration by August 12th.
- Byron distribution is August 17th at Byron High School
- Stewartville distribution is August 25th at Bonner Elementary School on August 25th
- Rochester distribution is August 23rd and 24th at United Way (903 West Center Street)
ELIGIBILITY
- Families must live or attend school in Olmsted County
- K-12 student
- Eligible for free/reduced lunch at school
