Historic Southwest Neighborhood Association

Neighborhood Association Mission

To enhance and improve communications among neighbors through social and community activities and events;

To promote the health, safety, and well being of neighbors through stewardship of the neighborhood, its green spaces and trails.

History/Description

The Eastside Neighborhood Association formed in 1997. The association includes approximately 2,822 residents comprised of home-owners and renters in a core-neighborhood area east of downtown Rochester, Minnesota. Besides being the gateway to both Quarry Hill and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Parks, we have Mayo Field where the local Rochester Honker’s play baseball, historic Oakwood Cemetery and Mayo Memorial Park within our boundaries.
