RNeighbors 2019 City Council Update

On December 9, 2019, RNeighbors presented their annual update to the City Council at the Council Study Session. We shared what we’ve been working on with Rochester neighborhoods in 2019, including statistics from the year and future needs for sustainability of the organization.
