Snow Emergency Declaration for Downtown

City of Rochester, Public Works Department, Streets Division This is an Official Snow Emergency Declaration. Rochester City officials are declaring a Snow Emergency effective 12:00 am Tuesday December 14, 2010. Geese Can Walk on Rivers and Storm Ponds, But You Shouldn’t!
